• Deposit and Cancellation:

Winter—20% deposit is due within 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. $50 fee for cancellations made 46 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
Summer—One night + tax deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due at check-out. $25 fee for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date are non-refundable.
